The board of trustees of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History will convene for an annual public reception. At noon on Wednesday, June 3, Eric Hintz, director of the Smithsonian Institution’s Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation, will present reflections on regional innovation cultures while highlighting Mississippi’s significant contributions to American industry and innovation, as part of the History Is Lunch series.
