Holiday Open House

Celebrate the holiday season at our Holiday Open House at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, at the Two Mississippi Museums. This free event will feature music, vendors, and refreshments provided by Nick Wallace Culinary. Two Mississippi Museum members will receive a twenty-five percent discount on their entire purchase from the Mississippi Museum Store and non-members will receive a ten percent discount. The 2025 Veterans Day Ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 7, on the Entergy Plaza in front of the Two Mississippi Museums. The program will include a performance by the 41st Army Band, a moment of silence, recognition of the veterans in attendance and of fallen heroes by the Adjutant General of the Mississippi National Guard.

At noon Wednesday, November 12, author Jere Nash will discuss his book, Reconstruction in Mississippi, 1862-1877, a detailed and comprehensive history of the period following the Civil War, as part of the History Is Lunch series. This program will take place in the Craig H. Neilsen Auditorium of the Two Mississippi Museums.
