At noon on Wednesday, November 20, Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) Director Katie Blount will present a "Vicksburg Project Update," as part of the History Is Lunch series with representatives from architecture firm Perkins&Will and exhibit design firm G&A discussing the new interpretive center planned in conjunction with the Vicksburg National Military Park. The project is a collaboration of MDAH, the Friends of Vicksburg National Military Park & Campaign (FOV), and the National Park Service at the Vicksburg National Military Park.
