History Is Lunch: Jefferson Mansell, “A Profile of the Men of the 58th USCT”

At noon on Wednesday, February 14 Jefferson Mansell will present “Enslavement to Enlistment: A Profile of the Men of the 58th USCT” as part of the History Is Lunch series. The program will take place in the Craig H. Neilsen Auditorium of the Museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum building and stream live on the MDAH Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Ural will use the Williams Collection of Lincolniana from Mississippi State University

At noon on Wednesday, July 29, Bebe Wolfe, owner of the historic art studio founded by her family, will join daniel johnson, board chair of The Wolfe Creative Legacy, to discuss the studio’s 80-year history as part of the History Is Lunch series. Over the past five years, the pair has collaborated on building a comprehensive archive
