Join us at the Two Mississippi Museums to celebrate the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on Tuesday, January 21, on the National Day of Racial Healing. Lunch will be provided before two panel discussions—one celebrating Dr. John Perkins' contribution to civil rights and racial healing and the other exploring the role of philanthropy in community transformation. This program marking the National Day of Racial Healing, an initiative spearheaded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, is presented in partnership with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, the Perkins Family, the Foundation for the Mid South, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Generous support for this event was provided by FedEx. For more information on the extended MLK Weekend Celebration, click here.
