Come share your story for the America250 Airstream on October 11, from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Two Mississippi Museums. A walk-up kiosk will be stationed in the lobby for visitors to share their story with the community, engage with interactive displays, and reflect on Mississippi’s role in the nation’s history to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. At noon Wednesday, October 29, the History Is Lunch series will feature a special preview of The American Revolution: A film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt. This forty-five-minute preview of the six-part, twelve-hour documentary presents the story of the men and women of the revolutionary generation, their fight for independence, and the birth of the United States.
